What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality candidates to existing clients Manage the full candidate journey, from sourcing and screening to interview prep and post-placement care Proactively headhunt and build strong talent networks Support on key hiring projects across technology and financial markets Maintain a high standard of communication and service to candidates (No business development required – this role is fully delivery-focused but still make commission/bill like 360 with no splits/threshold!)
