Job Description Cardiff | Leading Firm \n\n A forward-moving firm with a strong presence in the South West and Wales is seeking a Construction Senior Associate to join their established construction and infrastructure team. This is a key hire to support growth through 2025 and beyond. \n\n The firm is recognised for delivering high-quality construction work across a broad client base including central and local government, developers, contractors, engineering firms, housebuilders, banks, and funders. \n\n What You’ll Be Doing \n\n \n\t Advising on a range of construction matters, including both advisory and non-contentious work \n \n\n \n\n \n\t Supporting a diverse client portfolio across public and private sectors \n \n\n \n\n \n\t Collaborating with a team of recognised construction specialists \n \n\n \n\n \n\t Contributing to the firm’s ongoing growth and sector development\n\t \n\t \n \n\n What You’ll Bring \n\n \n\t At least 3 years PQE, ideally gained at a large regional, national, or international firm \n \n\n \n\n \n\t Experience in non-contentious construction law, or a combination of contentious and advisory work \n \n\n \n\n \n\t Commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively across complex construction matters \n \n\n \n\n \n\t Ambition to contribute to a leading team in the South West and Wales market \n \n\n \n\n What You’ll Get \n\n \n\t An opportunity to join a highly regarded and specialist construction team \n \n\n \n\n \n\t Exposure to a strong pipeline of high-quality work \n \n\n \n\n \n\t A commercial platform with potential for career progression and development\n\t \n\t \n \n\n
