Gaming & Entertainment Venue in London We run one of London's most exciting gaming bars. Late nights, competitive tournaments, themed events, and a crowd that genuinely loves being here. We're growing fast β and we need someone who can own the full commercial picture You'll own the entire marketing function.
Digital marketing, strategy, paid ads, partnerships, brand, sales and PR β all yours. This is a role with real ownership and real accountability. Your #1 job: bring in new guests.
Everything else supports that. What you'll own Customer acquisition: paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google), influencer collabs, local partnerships, whatever works. Social Media Manager reports directly to you Campaign strategy: events, themed nights, slow periods, all planned and executed properly PR & Partnerships: press coverage, media relationships, brand collabs that open new audiences; getting the venue talked about in the right places Sales: group bookings, corporate events, tournament packages You're probably a fit if: β 3β5 years in marketing/sales/media, ideally hospitality, nightlife or entertainment β You've run paid campaigns and can actually read a dashboard β You think in revenue, not just reach β You know how London moves What you get Β£40,000 base Quarterly bonus tied to footfall and bookings KPIs (up to + Β£10,000 annual) Social growth bonus + viral campaign bonus Free meals during shifts, staff discounts, venue access
