Key Responsibilities: Account Management โ€“ Tesco & Waitrose Supporting the CCO to: Manage the P&L for Tesco and Waitrose Develop and deliver annual Joint Business Plans (JBP) Identify and unlock new distribution and promotional opportunities Drive revenue, profit, and market share growth International Distributor Management Supporting the CCO to: Manage and grow relationships with international distributors Identify and onboard new partners Set sales targets and KPIs Support distributors with training and go-to-market strategies Monitor performance and ensure brand alignment Customer & Partner Relationship Management - Build strong relationships with buyers and distributors - Act as day-to-day point of contact Commercial Execution Support CCO with: - Price and terms negotiations - Promotional plans - Analysis of sales and performance data Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance - Ensure forecasting accuracy Expertise & Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business (preferred) 3+ years' of Sales experience in an FMCG brand or international distributor management (preferred) Competencies Strong negotiation and analytical skills Quickly builds strong relationships Works well cross functionally Personal Attributes Entrepreneurial mindset Strong communication skills Results-driven
