Sales Development Representative (SDR) - EdTech Hybrid - Leeds (2 days per week in the office) Full-Time | ยฃ30,000 - ยฃ35,000 DOE + OTE We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join a growing EdTech provider, helping to drive innovation across the training and education sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys generating new business opportunities and building relationships within the education market. You'll play a key role in engaging Independent Training Providers (ITPs) and other Post-16 education providers, introducing market leading SaaS and e-learning solutions that enhance learning delivery and operational efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing Prospecting and engaging new customers across Independent Training Providers (ITPs), colleges and other education organisations through phone, email, LinkedIn and outbound campaigns. Identifying and qualifying opportunities, booking meetings for the Business Development team. Building relationships with key decision-makers, including CEOs, Managing Directors and Principals.
Researching target accounts and creating tailored outreach strategies. Maintaining an accurate pipeline within the CRM, ensuring all activity is recorded. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximise lead generation and conversion.
Keeping up to date with developments across the EdTech and training provider landscape. What You'll Bring Previous experience in an SDR, BDR, Lead Generation or outbound sales role, ideally within B2B SaaS, technology or EdTech. Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
A resilient, target driven mindset with a passion for new business. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects. A proactive approach with a genuine desire to build a career in EdTech/ SaaS.
Experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is desirable.
