Data Analyst

Salary: £35,000 - 48,000 per year Requirements We are looking for candidates with a background as a Data Analyst, MI Analyst, Operations Analyst, or in a similar analytical role. We require strong Power BI and Excel skills. We are looking for excellent analytical and problem‑solving ability.

We need someone confident working cross‑functionally with finance and operational teams. Previous exposure to ERP systems, process improvement, or finance operations would be beneficial but is not essential. Responsibilities Analyse large data sets using Power BI and Excel.

Investigate process and workflow issues. Identify trends, bottlenecks, and root causes. Support ongoing systems and process improvement projects.

Produce meaningful reporting and actionable insights. Work closely with finance stakeholders across the business. Support automation and efficiency initiatives.

Challenge existing processes and suggest improvements.
