Branch Manager – Construction Services & Geotechnical Engineering (Nashville, Tennessee) Intertek, a leading provider of quality and safety solutions, is actively seeking a Branch Manager to join the Professional Services Industries Inc. team in Nashville. This role offers a versatile career in the architectural, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry. Job Summary The Branch Manager will oversee a project and testing team, providing leadership for both construction services and geotechnical teams.

Key duties include operational management of the branch office, business development, quality control program implementation, P&L responsibilities, accounts receivable oversight, and recruitment, development, and mentoring of personnel. Responsibilities Operational management of the branch office, including construction materials testing/inspection, concrete, soils, and related lab and field testing, as well as geotechnical lab and field testing. Business development activities, including scope of work development, estimating, and proposal preparation.

Development and implementation of construction quality control programs. Profit and Loss responsibilities. Accounts Receivable responsibility.

Recruitment, development, and mentoring of professional, technical, and administrative personnel. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering from an accredited engineering/ABET school. 5+ years of leadership, management, and/or project management experience. P.E.

Registration required, or the ability to obtain within six months. Customer focused and quality driven mindset. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable driving record. Preferred Requirements & Qualifications ICC, NICET, and/or ACI certifications. Experience with P&L and basic accounting.

Sales, marketing, and client management experience. Prior personnel management, hiring, and training experience. Drug-Free Workplace Intertek is a drug-free workplace.
