Senior Software Engineer - Onsite

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. In this role, you will consult on and participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering.

The ideal candidate will review and analyze software engineering challenges, contributing to large-scale planning and resolving complex issues while working in an Agile environment with a modern tech stack including Java, Spring Boot, and React. Responsibilities Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering Contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet deliverables Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering Requirements 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education 5+ years of experience with Java 3-4 years of experience with React and design skills Strong experience with Spring Boot and TypeScript/JavaScript Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines Ability to work on call as assigned Ability to work onsite in the office This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship Desired Skills Experience with IAM solutions (Oracle Identity Governance experience considered) Experience with building and customizing APIs Proficiency in test automation (Selenium, Playwright, UFT, HyperExecute) Proficient in scripting using BeanShell or other comparable scripting language Experience with XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with cloud platforms, containerization (Kubernetes), databases, SQL, and REST API development Familiarity with tools like Venafi, HashiCorp Vault, Artifactory, and Jira Knowledge of ETL leveraging Spring Batch or other ETL frameworks Interest in AI and machine learning projects Experience in the financial services industry Knowledge of Identity and Access Management concepts Pay range: $43.59 - $51.59 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
