Job Description Reporting to the Director of Restaurants & Bars, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all company, property and departmental policies and procedures. Lead and manage the F&B Outlet team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed Manage Execution of Group Events both business and social, including but not limited to Food & Beverage offerings, set up and execution operating as direct liaison with Group Contact Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally Coordinate special requests and follow up with Colleagues & Management teams Assist in the recruitment and training of F&B Colleagues Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs Conduct regularly scheduled departmental meetings Work closely with culinary team to ensure a successful service and guest experience Forecasting, scheduling and labor control Beverage cost management Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food and Beverage teams to implement agreed upon strategies, practices and promotions Works without supervision to ensure operation is running efficiently. Assist with preparation of Restaurant Event Orders as directed.
Assist with planning and execution of Legacy Events Attend designated meetings Assist with Silverware programming as Champion Assist with obtaining designated Avero reports Assist with TAS Assist with ARM request as needed Assist with corporate compliance in menus and practices Assist with online menu accuracy as needed Other duties as assigned. Have full knowledge of all Outlet menus Manage the departmental budget Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous Food and Beverage Leadership required at AGM or GM level. 2-3 years preferred though not required Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines Previous Point of Sale System experience required Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Ability to work cohesively as part of a team Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Ability to manage labor costs Ability to manage Beverage Cost Team & Work Environment Your team and working environment: A team of Heartists that are committed to working together, supporting each other, and providing the best guest experience, Feel Valued, Feel Sparked, We Are One #J-18808-Ljbffr
