About the Role We are seeking a high‑quality Fund Product Analyst to join our Funds team in the US. This individual will partner closely with the Fund Product Manager in New York and support the build‑out of our US Funds platform alongside global Fund Product colleagues. Wellington sponsors over 300 commingled investment vehicles with AUM greater than $150 billion.

The analyst will play a key part in delivering the growing 1940 Act platform by supporting execution, coordination, and analysis of commingled fund initiatives for US retail investors. Job Description The role reports to the Director of Fund Product and works closely with the Fund Product Manager (New York). Key responsibilities include: Support and coordinate the fund development and design process, tracking timelines, stakeholder deliverables, and contributing to new product approvals, market research, regulatory navigation, and platform build‑out.

Prepare materials for internal governance forums and maintain audit trails. Execute all aspects of fund launch: structuring, terms, launch plans, milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination, positioning in launch materials, and ensuring readiness across operational, legal, and distribution components. Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and consistency, institutionalize best practices, set expectations for time to market, operational setup, reporting, issue resolution, and support clear communication of expectations.

Coordinate drafting, oversight, and maintenance of regulatory documentation in collaboration with the Funds Legal team. Other Responsibilities Coordinate with stakeholders regarding potential changes to existing funds (policy updates, fee changes, guideline updates, regulatory changes). Track changes through governance and support implementation.

Draft or coordinate required disclosure amendments, navigate approval forums, and ensure consistency across supporting materials. Develop subject‑matter expertise over time and provide education and input on US Wealth topics to internal stakeholders. Support preparation of materials for internal governance committees, policy maintenance, and Board reporting; lead or assist with ad‑hoc projects aligned to platform scaling.

Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in asset management, with exposure to US funds and 1940 Act initiatives. Familiarity with interval funds, tender offer funds, BDCs, or other alternative structures is beneficial. Strong organizational and project coordination skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables.

Excellent written and oral communication; ability to simplify complex topics. Positive, collegial attitude, sense of humor, and strong team orientation. Strong analytical skills; familiarity with automation and AI for efficiencies is beneficial.

CFA or similar considered a plus. Benefits Base salary range: USD 80,000 – 150,000.
