Senior Business Analyst

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in business analysis, project management, and OCM/change management. The ideal candidate will have past experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and technologies, with proven capabilities in technology and process implementation or migration. What You Will Do Coordinate and facilitate communication between client stakeholders and solution development teams, analyze client ITSM and CMDB challenges, develop persona‑based organizational change management artifacts, and conduct training sessions for end‑users.
