Ltd. is looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist who can manage the complete lead generation process for IT services β€” from identifying relevant data to converting prospects into interested leads. This role is not limited to simple data collection, scraping, or creating contact lists. We need someone who understands how to research the right businesses, identify decision-makers, approach them professionally, follow up consistently, and generate interested prospects who have genuine potential to become clients.

Our Services - Website Development - Mobile App Development - Custom Software Development - AI Agents and Chatbot Development - AI Automation Solutions Key Responsibilities - Research and identify businesses that may require IT services. - Build targeted prospect data based on industry, company size, location, and business needs. - Find relevant decision-makers such as CEOs, Founders, CTOs, Directors, Business Heads, and Product/Operations Heads. - Run outreach through , email campaigns, and other relevant B2B channels. - Convert raw data into warm and interested prospects through proper messaging and follow-ups. - Understand prospect requirements and align them with Wooshelf’s services. - Manage outreach campaigns, follow-up sequences, and lead pipeline. - Maintain proper records of leads, conversations, status, and next actions. - Focus on quality leads and interested prospects, not bulk data or random contacts. Requirements - 2–3 years of relevant experience in lead generation for IT services companies. - Hands-on experience in outreach, email outreach, and B2B prospecting. - Strong understanding of the complete lead generation cycle β€” data research, prospecting, outreach, follow-up, and interested lead conversion. - Ability to identify intent-based prospects and businesses with genuine service requirements. - Experience using tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM tools, email automation tools, or similar platforms will be preferred. - Good communication, research, and follow-up skills. - Ability to write clear and professional outreach messages. - Target-driven mindset with focus on lead quality and conversion potential. Monthly Target 30–60 qualified/interested prospects per month.
