You’ll sit within our Infrastructure team and work on the tools, systems, and workflows that make every engineer faster—from CI/CD and dev environments to AI coding tools. It’s an early role with significant influence on how developers use AI in building software. Responsibilities Own the tools and environments engineers use to write code: from local dev setup and AI-agent sandboxes to AI coding tools configured with org-specific context and best practices.
Build a developer tooling ecosystem that other engineers can easily extend and contribute to, encouraging organization‑wide collaboration. Improve the code review experience through better tooling, automation, and workflows that increase velocity without sacrificing rigor. Increase the speed and reliability of building and deploying code to production: CI/CD pipelines, test infrastructure, feature flags, and deployment workflows.
Instrument and measure developer experience, using data to identify bottlenecks and prioritize high‑leverage improvements. You’re energized by making other engineers more productive and measure your impact by team velocity and wellbeing.
