Aug 17, 2026 till March 31, 2027 Remote contract AI, Data & Data Analytics - Data Contractor Consultant The Data Contractor supports audit engagement teams by executing data preparation, transformation, validation, and upload activities in Data. The role is execution-focused and ticket-driven, operating within a centralized delivery model to ensure that audit teams receive accurate, complete, and timely datasets required for analytics procedures and reporting. Data Processing & Upload Transform client financial data (e.g., General Ledger, trial balance, chart of accounts) into required formats for Data Execute data upload workflows, ensuring completeness and integrity of datasets Apply standardized transformation logic and templates where applicable Data Quality, Validation & Reconciliation Perform data validation checks to identify completeness and accuracy issues Work with engagement teams to resolve discrepancies such as missing journals or inconsistencies in source data Support reconciliation processes prior to and following data uploads Required Skills and Experience Degree educated preferably in Computer Science / related fields Data Processing & Tools Exposure to Databricks or similar data environments Basic knowledge of PySpark or Python for structured data transformation A strong working knowledge of Excel (SUM, COUNT, IF, VLOOKUP, ISERROR) Accounting / Audit Context Foundational understanding of financial data (General Ledger, Trial Balance, chart of accounts)
