Integration Engineer

Integration Engineer Experience: 8+ Years Location: Remote (Pan India) Job Type: Full Time - ## Role Purpose The Integration Engineer role has a strong focus on integrating SIEM platforms and Cisco Catalyst Center to enable unified visibility, assurance, and incident response across Network Operations (NOC), Security Operations (SOC), and Service Operations teams. ## Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain API-based and event-driven integrations between network, security, and IT service management platforms. * Implement secure, scalable integration patterns aligned with internal engineering and security standards. * Deliver data transformation, enrichment, and normalization to enable consistent consumption across observability and assurance tools. * Develop reusable integration components and automation workflows using approved scripting and tooling. * Integrate network and wireless telemetry into enterprise SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk). * Enable ingestion via Syslog, APIs, and streaming mechanisms, ensuring data quality and reliability. * Partner with SOC teams to improve signal-to-noise ratio, alert quality, and incident triage effectiveness. * Support security monitoring, auditability, and regulatory requirements through controlled and traceable integrations. ## Technical Skills * Strong experience in systems integration and API-based architectures. * Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication (OAuth2/tokens), and secure integration patterns. * Hands-on experience integrating with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, or equivalent). * Experience working with network telemetry, logs, and events. * Exposure to Cisco Catalyst Center APIs, assurance data, or automation workflows. * Understanding of secure integration design and data protection principles. ## Networking & Security Knowledge * Solid understanding of enterprise networking (wired/wireless). * Familiarity with network assurance, monitoring, and observability concepts. * Working knowledge of SOC/NOC operational processes. * Awareness of security operations, incident response, and compliance requirements. * Exposure to Cisco Catalyst Center integration, assurance data, or automation workflows is preferred.
