Executive Assistant (EA) to Founder | Remote (India) | US Hours (EST) We are hiring a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Founder of a Global Investment Firm focused on AI, SaaS, and deep-tech startups in hospitality and travel technology . Remote | Full-Time US Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST Role Summary You will act as the right hand to the Founder , managing calendar, priorities, meetings, communication, and execution tracking. This is a high-trust Founder’s Office role requiring ownership, precision, and strong execution discipline.

Key Responsibilities Manage calendar, meetings, and daily priorities Coordinate internal & external meetings with follow-ups Track action items and ensure execution Manage emails and prioritize communications Prepare notes, summaries, and presentations Coordinate with internal teams & external stakeholders Handle travel and logistics Ensure confidentiality and end-to-end task ownership Requirements 5–12 years EA / Founder’s Office / Executive support experience Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace Experience supporting senior leadership / founders Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments Comfortable working US EST shift (6 PM – 3 AM IST) What We Value Stable career history Strong ownership mindset High reliability & discretion Long-term commitment Apply if you are A high-performing EA who thrives in founder-facing, high-ownership execution roles .
