Product - Senior Analyst/Analyst, Product Distribution

The Product Distribution Department is tasked with ensuring the right products reach the right locations at the right time through data‑driven inventory management. Role As the Senior Analyst / Analyst, Product Distribution, you will: Run store replenishment, ensuring target stock recommendations are generated, reviewed, and executed on schedule.

Operate DC‑to‑DC transfers and eCommerce floor stock processes to optimize inventory balance and availability across the network. Support demand forecasting inputs and forecast review. Analyze outputs, identify anomalies, and apply business guidelines to resolve exceptions.

Report on product distribution KPIs and communicate learnings cross‑functionally to ensure the right product, in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantity. Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of our processes. Qualifications The candidate should have: Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical disciplines.

Experience with SQL, R, or Python (preferred, but not required). A commitment to learning and applying Aritzia’s values, business principles, and People Leadership principles. Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional partners.

Dedication to quality and delivering results that add value to the business. Compensation The role is offered a market‑leading compensation package with a base salary range of $50,000 to $150,000 per year. Total compensation may include bonus and/or equity, potentially exceeding this range.
