Job Description

Creator Partnerships Responsibilities Conduct creator outreach and negotiate commercials, deliverables, and timelines. Present creator options to clients and manage approvals. Coordinate script ideation and content planning with creators and internal teams.

Track content production, review drafts, and coordinate revisions. Ensure timely publishing and successful campaign execution. Manage creator payments and maintain campaign trackers.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with creators and clients. Skills Creative mindset with a strong understanding of social media content. Lives and breathes trends across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and social media platforms. Requirements 3โ€“6 months of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, social media, or a related field. Prior experience working on creator campaigns or managing collaborations is preferred.

Someone who understands creators and preferably has experience creating content themselves. Deep understanding of Instagram trends, content formats, hooks, and storytelling. Strong ownership mindset and ability to execute projects independently.
