This individual serves as the operational backbone of the HR department, overseeing audit management, benefits administration, leave programs, and employee lifecycle processes while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and ISO standards.Principal Duties And Responsibilities* Oversee the administration of all benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement and supplemental benefits and lead open enrollment planning and execution to ensure clear communication and employee understanding.* Develop and distribute internal communications regarding benefit deadlines and enrollment periods. Maintain comprehensive HR calendar outlining key activities, deadlines and compliance milestone.* Partner with benefit brokers, vendors, Payroll Manager to accurately process HR transactions, ensuring accurate tracking and maintain communication with employees. Develop and implement process improvements based on audit findings.* Administer all leave programs including PTO, FMLA, ADA accommodations, parental leave and state-mandated leaves ensuring accurate tracking and compliance with federal, state and local requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Coordinate special contribution reminders for 401(k), HSA, and other voluntary benefits programs.* Maintain the integrity of our HRIS (Paylocity) data in both direct entries and through periodic audits of changes.* Provide regular and ad hoc reports on HR information maintained in Paylocity and other systems.* Lead compliance management with applicable HR laws and internal compliance audits that support company certifications or HR related registrations.* Supports performance evaluation process and participates in performance management matters in collaboration with HR and department leadership.* Supervise, coach and develop the HR Generalist supporting HR Operations functions.* Delegate operational tasks effectively while maintaining accountability for outcomes.* Partner with HR Generalist to deliver seamless employee lifecycle support and identify opportunities to enhance employee experience across HR touchpoints.* Participate in and occasionally lead our company’s social impact initiatives including community outreach, diversity and inclusion programs.* Collaborate with the Office Manager on employee health and safety matters, event planning, and employee morale initiatives.* Maintain and update process documentation, FAQs, and other internal resources on the HR intranet and other platforms with the goal of creating efficiencies.* Participates in additional HR initiatives and special projects as needed.### RequirementsJob Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, highly preferredCertification: PHR or SHRM-CP Certification highly preferredExperience: Minimum 5 years + progressive HR operations experienceRequired Knowledge And Skills* High proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Paylocity a plus.* Knowledge of HR laws including EEO, FLSA, FMLA, USERRA, ERISA, NLRA, ADAA, and more.* Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Self-motivated with a high degree of ethics and professionalism* Experience managing ISO audits or similar compliance frameworks* Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on focus on internal customer service* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously* Superior organization and time management skills with the ability to maintain progress against important deadlines* Exceptional attention to detail with a strong work ethic and self-motivation* Ability to use independent judgement and sound decision-making skills in situations that impact project timetables, direction, and outcome* Ability to design, implement and continuously improve HR operational processes* Data-driven approach to problem solving and decision making #J-18808-Ljbffr
