Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth and manage key customer accounts in the Audio Visual (AV) and IT Solutions domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored AV and IT solutions. Requirements Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, education, healthcare, government, and enterprise sectors.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations. Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
Account Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Understand client business needs and propose suitable AV and IT solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Solution Selling Work closely with Pre-Sales and Technical teams to develop customized solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations, BOMs, and commercial offers.
Present solution designs and value propositions to customers. Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities. Sales Operations Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast reports.
Update CRM regularly with customer interactions and opportunity status. Track project progress and coordinate with delivery teams for successful execution. Ensure timely collection of payments and support finance teams in resolving outstanding due s.
Market Intelligence Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. Provide market feedback to management for business planning.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Electronics, or a related field. MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred. 3โ8 years of experience in AV Solutions, IT Infrastructure, System Integration, Unified Communication, or Technology Sale s.
