SAP ABAP HR Consultant

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM/HR ABAP development, enhancements, and support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ABAP programming within SAP HR modules and should be capable of handling complex development, integration, and troubleshooting activities. Key Responsibilities: Strong experience in SAP ABAP development with SAP HCM/HR modules Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP HR ABAP objects including: Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements Forms Workflows Strong knowledge of ABAP Objects (OOPs ABAP) Experience in developing and debugging: User Exits Customer Exits BAdIs Enhancements BAPIs RFCs Strong understanding of SAP HR modules: Personnel Administration (PA) Organizational Management (OM) Time Management (TM) Payroll (PY) Experience working with HR infotypes and HR logical databases: PNP PNPCE Hands-on experience in: HR ABAP reports Payroll-related developments Data migration/conversion programs Interfaces using IDOCs, RFC, and web services Experience with SAP HCM integrations and troubleshooting Good understanding of SAP enhancement framework Ability to analyze functional requirements and provide technical solutions Experience in production support, issue resolution, and performance tuning Required Technical Skills: SAP ABAP SAP HCM / HR ABAP Reports ALV Reports Smart Forms / Adobe Forms BAPI, RFC, IDOC Enhancements, BAdIs, User Exits Debugging and Performance Optimization SAP Payroll development experience Preferred Skills: Experience in SAP S/4HANA HCM or SAP ECC HCM Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 integration with HCM Experience with SAP HR interfaces Good communication and client-facing skills
