Hiring: Lecturer – Electrical Engineering (EE) Department Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Negotiable Role Overview: The Lecturer in Electrical Engineering is responsible for delivering quality technical education to diploma students, conducting practical and laboratory sessions, mentoring students, and contributing to academic and institutional development activities in accordance with AICTE and State Board norms. Key Responsibilities: Teaching & Academic Responsibilities: Deliver theory and practical classes in Electrical Engineering subjects Prepare lesson plans, lecture notes, and teaching materials Conduct laboratory sessions and ensure effective use of equipment Complete syllabus as per academic schedule Guide students in projects, seminars, and technical assignments Examination & Evaluation: Prepare assignments and assessment papers Conduct internal assessments and practical examinations Evaluate answer scripts and maintain academic records Laboratory Management: Handle Electrical Machines Lab, Basic Electrical Lab, Power Systems Lab, and related laboratories Maintain laboratory equipment and records Ensure laboratory safety procedures Student Development: Mentor students for academic and career growth Encourage participation in technical events and workshops Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with First Class M.E./M.Tech preferred Qualification as per AICTE norms Experience: Teaching experience in Polytechnic/Engineering Institution preferred Industry exposure will be an added advantage Skills: Strong fundamentals in Electrical Engineering Good communication and practical teaching skills Knowledge of MS Office and digital teaching tools
