Hiring: Lecturer – Civil Engineering (CE) Department Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Negotiable Role Overview: The Lecturer in Civil Engineering is responsible for teaching core Civil Engineering subjects, conducting practical sessions, mentoring students, and supporting academic and institutional development. Key Responsibilities: Teaching & Academic Responsibilities: Deliver classes in Surveying, Structural Engineering, Construction Technology, and related subjects Conduct laboratory and practical sessions Prepare lesson plans and study materials Guide students in projects and field activities Laboratory Management: Handle Civil Engineering laboratories and surveying equipment Maintain records and laboratory resources Ensure safety procedures and compliance Student Development: Mentor students for academics and career development Support technical workshops and industrial visits Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with First Class M.E./M.Tech preferred Qualification as per AICTE norms Experience: Teaching experience in Polytechnic/Engineering Institution preferred Relevant industry experience preferred Skills: Strong Civil Engineering fundamentals Knowledge of AutoCAD and technical software preferred Communication and mentoring abilities
