Job Description

Reporting to the Divisional Sales Director, the Regional Manager is accountable for meeting sales targets, continuing to maximize all sales opportunities while facilitating exceptional client experiences that align with professional clinical standards within their designated region. Success Criteria: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets for the region. Responsibilities Lead, train, and coach the clinic teams to execute all company strategies effectively and serve as a role model for the mission of “Helping more people hear better.” Prioritize team development through coaching, training, and performance development plans.

Conduct coaching of clinic staff, provide acknowledging and developmental feedback, build performance development plans, and follow up on milestones. Develop and execute training plans to foster continued development and exceptional performance in collaboration with HR. Evaluate regional staffing needs and determine immediate and future staffing plans.

Build succession plans and bench strength within the region. Continuously identify potential candidates with the right skill level and attributes; recruit exceptional talent. Work with the Talent Acquisition team and HR to select candidates for required roles and ensure all recent hire administration is carried out accurately and on time.

Use the Client Journey and support client expectations in daily actions; coach staff to these expected behaviors in regional clinics. Support clinics in resolving customer service issues in a positive and professional manner for a win‑win outcome. Passionate and knowledgeable of all Demant products; share all aspects of product information with clinic teams and inspire them to become Brand Ambassadors.

Analyze and review all KPI and sales reports; take necessary steps to maximize per provider productivity opportunities; validate these actions during clinic visits. Site Visits Prepare and plan regular clinic visits, including overnight travel. Active schedule management.

Attend at least three morning huddles per week. Complete a site visit report with evaluation of the clinic and follow‑up actions. Expense & Inventory Management Monitor and manage controllable expenses in clinics, such as supplies, equipment, payroll, staff expenses, and maintenance.

Ensure all clinics follow inventory handling procedures accurately and timely. Qualifications and Experience University/College degree in a relevant field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales or healthcare‑related field (optical, pharmacy, etc.) and/or client‑focused industry in a multi‑unit management capacity.
