As a Recovery Support Specialist (RSS) at Recovery Centers of America (RCA ) , you will be an integral part of the patient care team, providing direct support to individuals in treatment for substance use disorders. Your role is vital in ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment where patients can focus on their recovery journey.
As a Recovery Support Specialist at RCA, you will: ~ Monitor patient activities, provides safety checks throughout shift, completes documentation to include but not limited to, rounds sheet, End of Shift reports; Aid and instruct patients in facilitation and presentation of the RCA Clinical Curriculum with corresponding notes in medical records system. ~ A high school diploma or equivalent required. ~ Competitive compensation with shift differentials. ~ Comprehensive benefits packages , encompassing medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans. ~ Professional development opportunities through ongoing training and advancement programs. ~ A supportive and inclusive workplace culture where many of our team members share a deep personal connection to recovery.
