Key activities include but are not limited to financial modeling, business case development, and the negotiation and execution of growth-related transactions. Position utilizes research and data analysis to complete comprehensive due diligence, including service need/demand, competitive analysis, payor analysis and potential, competitive analysis, regulatory/licensure requirements, and other methods of diligence as necessary to shape expansion recommendations.

Works with senior executive leadership team to identify and assess opportunities and provide recommended courses of action. Essential Responsibilities: Utilizes internal and external data sources to analyze market opportunities and trends to identify short and long-term strategies. Analyzes and reports on demographics, competitors, major payers and market share, in-network contracting opportunities, regulatory/licensure requirements.

Identifies target markets for RTC, PHP, and IOP strategic expansion and/or acquisition opportunities aligned with the overall growth strategy of the Odyssey portfolio. Organizes and leads cross-functional due diligence to assess risks and opportunities associated with each growth opportunity, including financial modeling and viability. Researches and navigates relevant zoning and licensing requirements, approvals, and solutions.

Uses outside local legal resources and advisors. Coordinates and supports purchase and lease agreement negotiations prior to execution. Creates, formats, and modifies standardized tools and templates for project approval decks.

Summarizes and presents due diligence findings and recommendations to senior executive leadership team. Prepares and distributes executive and project materials and reports for review; follows up on action items ensuring pre-transaction timelines are met. Works in concert with CEO, CGO, and VP of Finance and Development on certain projects, including M&A transactions, as needed.

Additional Responsibilities: Partners with internal business units in support of growth initiatives. Troubleshoots through obstacles to remove barriers to expansion. Monitors and measures the success of strategic initiatives post-implementation.

Consistently models Company core values. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications What We Are Seeking/Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required, relevant graduate degree (e.g., Masters in Health Administration, Business Administration) strongly preferred.

Must have 5-10+ years of healthcare corporate development experience, with demonstrated success in planning and supporting healthcare growth strategies that produce volume, revenue and EBITDA growth.
