Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Software Developer Location: Palo Alto, CA Expected Start Date: July 2025 Contract Duration: 6 months Work Hours: 40 hours per week What you'll do Work as a developer (full stack) in an agile team setup on innovative applications and prototypes Self-starter with a growth mindset Passion for innovation with emerging technologies Build prototypes based on cutting‑edge technologies and topics in areas such as ML/AI, Large Language Models, current GenAI research, Data Security & Privacy, and other Explore and experiment with a large variety of innovative solutions and technologies to assess their desirability, feasibility, and viability in a business context Work on complex systems and integrate with SAP solutions Show initiative and drive issues to resolution in a high level of quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency Easily move and learn new topics What you bring We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. Education: Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or related field Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor's, master's or JD/PhD program Technical competence in one or more programming languages Knowledge of source control systems (Git) and Continuous Integration and Deployment tools (Jenkins) Excellent oral and written communications skills in English Be enthusiastic learners, users and advocates of our game‑changing technology, products and services Drive results and growth Demonstrates full responsibility for accepted tasks Compensation Range Transparency Targeted hourly base salary range: 31-56 USD.

The actual amount offered will be within that range, depending on education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, and other factors determined in the selection process.
