Job Summary Financial Analyst – MilwaukeeFull‑Time • Permanent • Toronto HQReporting to the Finance Manager, the analyst will perform financial analysis and sales reporting for the Milwaukee business, ensuring timely, accurate data to support growth and strategic decisions. Responsibilities Prepare and analyze Monthly Sales Reporting Package for senior leadership Prepare and analyze margin reporting Produce point‑of‑sale reporting and analysis for key retailers and distributors Enter monthly and yearly accruals Act as liaison among finance, sales, and marketing regarding customer deductions and credits Forecast and analyze SG&A expenses monthly Update related templates and validate data Maintain departmental databases Perform annual budgeting duties Provide ad‑hoc reporting as required Qualifications Post‑secondary education in accounting or a related field 3+ years of experience in accounting/finance (or related field) Progressing toward CPA certification Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics and Adaptive Planning considered an asset Minimal travel required Benefits Extensive health benefits, including vision and dental coverage Retirement Savings Plan with Employer Matching Contributions Competitive base salary of $65,000 to $85,000, plus bonus incentive Paid time off and employee discount programs $500 annual Wellness Program allowance Equal Employment Opportunity Diversity, equity, and inclusion are core values at TTI.
