Corporate Actions Business Analyst London (4 days per week in office) Investment Banking Client 6-Month Rolling Contract Up to £600/day (Inside IR35) We are seeking an experienced Corporate Actions Business Analys t to join a leading Investment Bank on a long-term contract engagement. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the onboarding and integration of third-party corporate actions platforms while driving process and technology improvements across the corporate actions landscape . Key Responsibiliti esSupport the onboarding and integration of third-party corporate actions platforms and vendor s.Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements across the corporate actions domai n.Work closely with Business, Operations, Architecture, and Engineering teams to define target operating models, system workflows, and integration requirement s.Document current-state and future-state processes across corporate actions operations and supporting technology platform s.Facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive requirements through to successful deliver y.Support system integration initiatives, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical solution s.

Required Experie nceProven experience as a Business Analyst within Investment Banki ng.Strong knowledge of Corporate Acti ons processes, lifecycle events, and operatio ns.Extensive understanding of middleware, system interfaces, data flows, and integration proces s es.Hands-on experience working with corporate actions platforms such as GLOSS, Murex, Bloomb erg, or similar vendor solutio ns.Experience supporting the implementation, onboarding, integration, or enhancement of third-party corporate actions syste ms.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across Business, Operations, Technology, and Vendor tea ms.Excellent requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation capabiliti es.Strong SQL skills with the ability to perform data analysis, reconciliation, and validati on. Desir ableExperience delivering corporate actions transformation, automation, or platform migration program mes.Knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards and market data fe eds.Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and project lifecyc les.
