Job Description
Senior Analyst Warrior Care & Transition Program (WCTP) The Senior Analyst will draft, and recommend tactical publication, and distribution plans and timelines, to include required resources for all major efforts undertaken in fulfillment of this agreement. Submit to the Functional Representative within 30 days of request. Requested revisions of proposed plans will be completed within 15 days of receipt from the Functional Representative.
Analytics. Track, maintain and provide monthly comprehensive metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication plans and initiatives. CTE will submit to the Functional Representative electronically monthly; 10 days following the preceding month.
Communication Plan. Analyze and draft updates to existing program stakeholder analysis and Strategic Communication Plan incorporating an evaluation of program audiences and communication tools. The Functional Representative will review, provide revision recommendations and approvals.
These materials will subsequently be reviewed and revised for approval by WCT leadership. Provide subject matter expertise. Provide subject matter expertise (SME) to the Functional Representative in support of special events, training, briefings and onsite outreach events where WCT programs will reach high concentrations of stakeholders.
Requested materials will be provided to the Functional Represented 30 days prior to the special event. Provide strategic assessment. Provide the government with a document that captures and documents tactics, techniques, procedures, lessons learned, and other practices that may be beneficial to the government.
This should be provided no later than 30 days prior to the end of the period of performance. Provide a Monthly Status Report. Provide a Monthly Status Report to the COR and the Functional Representative to include Metrics, Tracking, and Reporting data; submit by the 15th day of the following month.
The Monthly Status Report shall describe activities of those assigned to the project, problems encountered, and actual or recommended corrective action. In addition, the report shall include monthly workload performed and quality control results. Address workload items included in technical, Estimated Annual Workload Data, and address whether or not standards described in technical, Performance Requirements Summary, are being met.
Monthly functional review meeting. Participate in a monthly functional review meeting to review status of deliverables, discuss contract issues/concerns, etc. Contractor shall provide meeting minutes 7 days following monthly functional review meeting to the Functional Representative.
Assist in all aspects of expert recommendations, and draft development with respect to stakeholder outreach, required resources for all major efforts, tracking and maintenance of comprehensive analytics and evaluations, subject matter expertise in support of events with high concentrations of stakeholders; drafts document that captures tactics, techniques, procedures, lessons learned; provides a Monthly Status Report to the COR and the Functional Representative to include Metrics, Tracking, and Reporting data; participates in a monthly functional review meeting to review status of deliverables, discuss contract issues/concerns. Education & Experience Senior Analyst will also perform as the Contract Manager and requires Minimum a Bachelor's in Business Administration or Project Management Six years of experience in performance and business management. Experience required includes project planning and management.
Able to meet project deadlines; provide information for strategic plans and reviews; prepare action plans; identify and help to resolve problems. The ability to prepare budgets; schedule expenditures; and analyze variances; initiating corrective actions. A thorough knowledge of government statues and regulations.
