Job Description The Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend actionable solutions that improve performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings effectively Support business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking activities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions Conduct market, financial, or operational analysis (as applicable to the role) Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management Assist in preparing business cases, strategy decks, and recommendations Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports Additional Information Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear insights Good communication and presentation skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Basic understanding of business processes and financial concepts
