Commercial Manager Permanent I Newport £60,000- £70,000 per annum dependent on experience Bridgestaff Group are working with a leading construction business who are looking for a Commercial Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Commercial professiona l (ideally from a main contracting background) who enjoys working in a close-knit team and delivering successful projects. The role: You’ll be responsible for overseeing the commercial performance across multiple projects, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving successful financial and contractual outcomes.

Key responsibilities include: Managing commercial performance of multiple projects Procurement, valuations, cost control, and financial reporting Contract administration and risk management Supporting delivery from pre-construction through to completion Collaborating closely with operational teams and clients What we’re looking for: Strong commercial acumen and communication skills Ability to build trusted relationships while protecting commercial interests Confident in contracts, negotiations, and project performance Demolition experience is desirable but not essential What’s on offer: Full support and training within the demolition sector Opportunity to join a growing, well-respected business A collaborative, team-focused environment
