Compensation Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000 (DOE) On‑Target Earnings (OTE): Up to $110,000–$115,000+ Uncapped commission structure Additional earnings opportunities for top performers Commission Structure 10% commission on Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) after reaching $5,000/month 15% quarterly bonus after achieving $15,000 Performance accelerator: 40% additional commission on high‑performance tier achievements Key Highlights Established territory with significant untapped market potential Recurring revenue sales model Essential services tied to fire safety and regulatory compliance High level of autonomy and ownership of assigned market Company vehicle and field equipment provided Responsibilities Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities across restaurants, hotels, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, government facilities, and commercial and industrial kitchens Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution Build, maintain, and manage a robust sales pipeline Conduct on‑site inspections to assess customer needs and pricing requirements Present solutions and close long‑term recurring service agreements Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction Develop and maintain long‑term customer relationships Success Metrics Strong and active pipeline within the first 60–90 days Consistent acquisition of new accounts Growth in monthly recurring revenue Strong customer retention and relationship development Achievement of sales and revenue goals Qualifications Required Minimum of 2 years of outside B2B sales experience Proven hunter mentality with strong prospecting capabilities Demonstrated success in closing new business Self‑motivated, competitive, and results‑driven Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable conducting site inspections and using ladders when necessary Preferred Attributes Strong organizational and time‑management skills Ability to adapt schedules based on customer needs Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities Travel Requirements Daily local travel throughout the Houston territory Occasional overnight travel Flexible work schedule based on customer and business needs Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
