Job description Job Title: Technical Project Manager Company: Alyne Group Location: Remote Experience: 5+ years Budget: 50k to 90k Working Hours: 6 PM โ 3 AM IST (US/EU client overlap) Role Overview : We are a growing Zoho implementation and automation consulting company seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong Zoho CRM experience to lead delivery execution and improve operational predictability. The primary mission of this role is to build a structured, scalable project delivery system that ensures accurate estimation, efficient resource utilization, and smooth execution of Zoho and technical projects. This is a delivery-focused leadership role combining project management, process optimization, and technical coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Delivery Management - Break down client requirements into structured task plans with realistic estimates - Identify dependencies and proactively plan work to prevent developer idle time - Manage project timelines, milestones, and delivery pipelines using Zoho Projects - Monitor project progress and adjust plans based on risks and blockers - Improve estimation accuracy through data-driven tracking and retrospectives 2. Resource Allocation & Utilization - Plan and allocate developer resources across multiple projects - Forecast workload and capacity to optimize utilization - Maintain a forward-looking delivery roadmap - Balance priorities across concurrent Zoho and technical projects 3. Zoho Implementation Oversight - Lead Zoho CRM and ecosystem implementation projects end-to-end - Review solution designs and ensure technical feasibility - Coordinate workflows, automations, integrations, and migrations - Provide technical guidance to Zoho developers and consultants 4. Process Improvement & Operations - Establish standardized delivery workflows and SOPs - Improve internal project tracking systems - Optimize how Zoho Projects is used for reporting and visibility - Create repeatable frameworks for CRM implementations - Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions 5. Client Communication - Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for clients - Manage expectations around scope, timelines, and deliverables - Conduct requirement workshops and solution walk-through - Provide clear and professional progress updates 6.
