Accounts and Indirect Tax Manager

Job Role: Accounts & Indirect Tax Executive/Manager Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 6+ Years Location: Ahmedabad (Head Office) Notice Period: 30–45 Days Job Description: • Hands-on experience in SAP FI S/4HANA and SAP implementation projects. • Manage end-to-end Accounts & Finance functions, including Financial Analysis & Reporting, Finalization of Accounts, and Internal Financial Controls. • Coordinate with Internal, Statutory, and Tax Auditors to ensure smooth audit execution and timely closure of audit observations. • Manage Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, vendor payments, MIS reporting, reconciliation controls, and team management. • Ensure preparation, maintenance, and filing of statutory documents and returns while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. • Handle Direct Taxation activities, including TDS compliance, timely tax deposits, and filing of statutory returns. • Manage GST compliance, including tax payments, return filings, responding to GST notices, and coordinating with authorities for timely resolution. • Control and maintain Fixed Assets accounting, including asset records, reporting, and accounting entries. • Drive process improvement initiatives across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting, and other finance functions. • Develop and maintain MIS Dashboards and management reports to support business decision-making.
