Job Description Required Information Details 1 Role- Operations Manager 2 Required Technical Skill Set -Infrastructure Network Operations Manager 3 Desired Experience Range - 8 to 12 years 4 Location of Requirement - Chennai 5 Mode of Interview- Walking Drive 6 Location for the Interview- TCS, Kumaran Nagar, 415/21-24, TNHB Main Rd, Shollinganalur Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600120 7 Date of Interview- 20-06-2026 (Saturday) Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have (Ideally should have a minimum of 5 years of Network Technical experience) · 10+ years of experience in Service Delivery and / or IT infrastructure Operations · Lead and mentor a team of network reliability engineers and service management, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient operations · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing regular performance updates · Monitor network performance against SLAs, identify potential issues, and take proactive measures to maintain service levels · Oversee day-to-day network operations including monitoring network health, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with network engineers for complex problems · Lead the incident response process for network outages, coordinating with relevant teams to quickly identify the root cause and restore service · Generate reports on network performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and presenting findings to stakeholders · Proficiency in using network monitoring and management tools like ManageEngine, SolarWinds, ScienceLogic etc · Knowledge of ITIL service management practices, particularly incident management, problem management, and change management · Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and technical teams · Understanding of network technologies including routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), switching, firewalls, load balancing, and network security Good-to-Have · Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Infrastructure operations support · Support with 24x7 operations (Rotational Shifts) · ITIL Certified or a Strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management disciplines would be added advantage · CCNA / CCNP or other relevant Network certifications Expectations from the role · Ensure precise and efficient service delivery · Carrying out the responsibility involves monitoring daily and overall progress · Managing the project teams and budgets and resolving challenges · Possess strong project management and problem solving skills
