The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced AMS + DSP Lead to own and scale advertising performance across a diverse portfolio of Amazon brands.
This role requires a hands-on Amazon advertising expert who has successfully managed campaigns across multiple accounts, industries, and budget rangesโfrom a few hundred dollars per month to $100K+ monthly ad spends. The ideal candidate comes from an Amazon-focused agency environment, has deep expertise in both Amazon Ads (AMS) and Amazon DSP, and has experience leading and mentoring a team of advertising specialists. You will be responsible for driving campaign performance, establishing best practices, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Amazon Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP campaigns across multiple client accounts. Manage a portfolio of brands with varying advertising budgets, objectives, and growth stages. Develop full-funnel advertising strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer acquisition.
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, TACoS, ACoS, conversion rates, and overall advertising efficiency. Build, document, and implement advertising best practices across the organization. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AMS and DSP specialists.
Conduct deep-dive performance reviews and provide actionable recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with Account Managers, Marketplace Specialists, and Leadership teams to align advertising strategies with broader business goals. Stay current with Amazon advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities.
Requirements 5+ years of experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns. Has managed Teams Strong hands-on expertise in both Amazon Sponsored Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and Amazon DSP. Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple accounts and brands simultaneously.
Experience handling advertising budgets ranging from a few hundred dollars per month to $100,000+ per month. Previous experience working in an Amazon-focused agency environment. Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
