Overview We are a growing Western Canadian distribution company in the heavy‑duty and automotive parts industry looking for an experienced Senior Development & Distribution Manager to join our leadership team. This role is responsible for overseeing distribution operations, inventory strategy, branch support, vendor development, and business growth initiatives across multiple locations. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, supporting sales growth, and strengthening customer relationships while leading warehouse and distribution performance.

The ideal candidate is hands‑on, operationally strong, and understands the fast‑paced environment of wholesale parts distribution. Experience in heavy‑duty truck, automotive, industrial, or aftermarket parts distribution is considered a strong asset. Responsibilities Oversee daily distribution and warehouse operations Support branch operations and inventory management across multiple locations Develop and improve purchasing, stocking, and distribution strategies Work closely with sales teams to improve customer service levels and product availability Monitor inventory turns, obsolescence, and fill rates Develop relationships with vendors, suppliers, and key customers Identify opportunities for operational improvements and business growth Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Lead and mentor warehouse and distribution teams Ensure compliance with company safety standards and operational procedures Qualifications 5+ years of management experience in distribution, wholesale parts, logistics, or supply chain operations Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations Experience in automotive, heavy‑duty truck, industrial, or aftermarket parts distribution preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities Experience with ERP or inventory management systems Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Perks package Opportunities for growth and advancement Stable, long‑term career opportunity with a growing company Supportive team environment Dental care On‑site parking Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
