What Youll Do: In-Home Sales Consultations: Conduct in-home consultations where youll present and sell Brightside Windows products and services. Canvassing & Door-to-Door Sales: Actively canvass local neighborhoods and engage in door-to-door outreach to generate leads and set appointments. Track Your Performance: Report sales numbers to the manager and be accountable for your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Manage Your Pipeline: Utilize our CRM to manage your customer pipeline and follow up on leads. Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed individual sales goals and close percentages. Work with a Canvassing Team: Collaborate with our canvassing team to drive lead generation.

What Were Looking For: At least 2 years of sales experienceprevious in-home sales experience is preferred but not required. Self-motivatedand driven to meet sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment. Excellent communication skillswith the ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers.
