We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to learn the investment side of real estate through active prospecting, seller conversations, and identifying opportunities before they reach the broader market while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, generating conversations, and uncovering potential real estate opportunities through consistent outreach and relationship building.
You will learn how to generate investment opportunities through outbound lead generation, prospecting, follow-up, and direct communication with property owners. The focus is on finding off-market properties, building rapport with sellers, identifying motivation, and creating opportunities that can be matched with investors seeking their next acquisition. Through consistent activity, you will develop confidence in seller conversations, appointment setting, negotiations, and opportunity evaluation.
Working alongside active investors and experienced real estate professionals, you will gain exposure to how investment properties are sourced, analyzed, and acquired. You will learn how to recognize potential opportunities, understand investment criteria, evaluate property situations, and help move opportunities from initial conversation through signed agreements and completed transactions. This is a strong fit for someone who is coachable, driven, and motivated by activity.

Compensation: $140,000+ at plan Responsibilities: Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends Find acquisition properties Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network Investment property lead generation Investment property lead follow-up Listing appointments Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed Real estate license required to work with clients and earn commissions Ability to learn and coachable Sales experience About Company We’re a high-performance team focused on collaboration, productivity, and long-term success.
