Job Details Location: 16841 Cornhusker McDonalds - Bellevue, NE 68123 Position Type: Full Time/Part Time Shift: Any Position Summary Certified Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience at every visit. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high quality, service, and cleanliness. Certified Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning shifts, monitoring performance, taking corrective action to meet McDonald's standards, overseeing safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next manager to facilitate a smooth transition.

They are responsible for meeting shift targets and assisting their assigned departments in achieving their goals.
