We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee and grow an already-established territory in the Philadelphia market, covering Greater Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This is not just another sales role - it’s an opportunity to take the reins of a thriving book of business, maximize your earning potential, and make a real impact in the stone and fabrication industry. Be the face of a growing company, managing key accounts and helping drive business success!
What You’ll Do: Manage & Expand a Thriving Book of Business - Cultivate strong relationships with fabricators, designers, and contractors to drive continued success. Cover a High-Value Territory - Travel bi-weekly routes through Pennsylvania and New Jersey, visiting existing and potential clients. Drive Revenue & Growth - Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales targets of $160,000+.
Lead & Collaborate - Work with Outside Sales Representatives (OSRs) and showroom consultants to generate leads and close deals. Maintain a Strong Sales Pipeline - Keep your CRM up to date, track customer interactions, and proactively drive new business opportunities. Deliver Exceptional Service - Become a trusted partner for clients, ensuring they receive the best products, solutions, and support.
What We’re Looking For: Proven sales experience in the stone, fabrication, or related construction industry. Deep understanding of slab sales and the industry’s buying process. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - You know how to connect, consult, and close.
Self-motivated & results-driven - You thrive in an independent role with high earning potential. Experience managing a large territory and optimizing sales routes. Proficiency with CRM and sales tracking tools to maximize efficiency and sales growth.
What You Bring: Previous experience in account management, project management, or client services Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with business clients Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Familiarity with construction, building services, or commercial clients (Preferred) Comfortable being on job sites and collaborating with crews and clients Valid driver's license and local to the Philadelphia area What’s In It for You?
