This role requires strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to following instructions to achieve the best outcomes.

We are looking for a versatile and detail-focused team player who excels at multitasking, consistently produces high-quality work, and meets deadlines reliably. Responsibilities · Lead and manage BIM-based project execution, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. · Supervise and support the MEP BIM team, providing training, resolving technical issues, and optimizing workflows. · Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand BIM requirements and ensure deliverables meet expectations. · Implement and maintain quality control processes, ensuring compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and industry standards. · Stay updated on BIM trends and tools, evaluating new technologies and promoting continuous learning within the team Qualification, Experience, and Skills: · B.Tech/M Tech in Mechanical Engineering. · 8-10 years of relevant work experience. · Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and any other BIM software · Team player with strong communication skills in English. · Proactive in associating with managers, leads and achieving specified work targets Requirements Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and any other BIM software
