Our Mass Customization Platform, or MCP, is a modular, multi-tenant platform used by Cimpress businesses including Vistaprint, Pixartprinting, Tradeprint, Drukwerkdeal, National Pen, and others.
MCP enables our businesses to create, configure, sell, manufacture, and fulfill a vast range of customizable products across global markets. About the Product Catalog Domain The Product Catalog Domain owns the central product information and product modeling capabilities used across Cimpress businesses. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys complex platform product management, data modeling, supplier integrations, operational workflows, and AI-enabled product transformation. You will work on the systems and capabilities that allow Cimpress businesses to understand what suppliers can produce, how those products can be configured, how they can be manufactured, what constraints apply, and how supplier data should be made available to merchants, websites, pricing systems, order flows, and fulfillment integrations.
You will partner closely with engineering leads, product leads, squad leads, UX, product operations, supplier-facing teams, Cimpress businesses, and technology leadership. You will be expected to create product strategy, shape roadmaps, drive execution, and help the domain use emeaningfully to improve the speed, quality, and scalability of supplier product data management. Support the evolution of reusable product-data abstractions that reduce one-off engineering work and make supplier onboarding easier. Help prevent the PIM from becoming either too rigid for real supplier complexity or too flexible to govern effectively.
Drive AI-enabled transformation Identify practical AI use cases for supplier product data, such as data mapping, data quality detection, supplier onboarding assistance, attribute recommendations, anomaly detection, documentation, support workflows, and operational decision support. Use AI personally and professionally to improve product discovery, analysis, communication, and execution.
