You Have 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and management Experience working with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements and translate them for technical teams Experience using task management software such as Jira Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban Experience in software development, DevOps, AI/ML, or IT Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have Experience supporting the Army National Guard, NGB CIO/G6, or similar DoD organizations Experience creating Jira dashboards, roadmaps, and dependency maps Possession of excellent problem solving skills Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Scrum Master or Agile Certification Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Compensation Salary range: $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). Contract specific factors may adjust this.
