Ecommerce Creative Specialist

We're hiring a Demand Gen Creative Specialist Part-time to start. Remote. Real growth potential.

At OAK Media we run Google Ads for fashion e-commerce brands across the UK, US, and Europe. Demand Gen is becoming a bigger part of how we scale our clients — and we need someone who can own the creative side of that. This is not a generic design role.

We need someone who understands performance, thinks in hooks, and knows what makes an ad work on Google's Demand Gen placements specifically. What you'll be doing: → Creating Demand Gen creatives based on clear briefs → Using AI tools to produce and iterate at speed → Working independently — we hand you the brief, you deliver → Iterating based on performance data shared by our media buyers What we're looking for: → Experience with Demand Gen creatives specifically → Familiar with the Google ecosystem and how placements work → Comfortable with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, or similar) → E-commerce experience is a strong plus → Independent, reliable, and deadline-driven What we offer: → $1,000 – $2,000 per month → Part-time — grows into full-time for the right person → 100% remote → Small team, fast feedback, real learning We read every submission personally.
