PHP Full Stack Developer - Remote

We are hiring PHP Full Stack Developer Role - PHP Full Stack Developer (Remote - WFH) Schedule -Monday to Friday Time - 6:30pm - 3:30am (India Time) Skills - PHP, CodeIgniter, WordPress, Node.js, Express,Js, react.js Experience - Minimum 8 Years Salary - Upto INR 12 LPA Excellent Professional English Proficiency (Written & Verbal) Required: CV + Intro Video (Going over why your intro, skills, experience, why you're right fit for the role) Reference/Recommendation Letters (if available) This role is about ownership, reliability, and depth, not just writing code. We’re looking for someone who can step into a core production role, understand existing systems, and thoughtfully improve them while working with a high degree of independence. An ability to review projects and outline core opportunities for clients.

Experience Required • 8+ years of professional software development experience. • 8+ years of hands-on full stack development experience. • Proven experience building and maintaining production web applications. • Experience with WordPress-based websites, custom web applications and APIs is required. Core Responsibilities • Create future opportunities on projects with observation and utilization of latest industry trends such as AI. • Provide key direction for strategy and planning during the requirements phase of a project • Ability to accurately estimate each task and project that has clear requirements or provide feedback to ensure tasks are clear before proceeding • Develop and maintain front-end and back-end features for web applications. • Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces. • Design and implement APIs and server-side logic. • Develop and customize WordPress themes, plugins, and templates. • Build and support e-commerce website functionality, including product catalog, cart, checkout, and order workflows. • Integrate third-party services, payment gateways, shipping providers, and CRM tools. • Support mobile app development and app-to-backend integrations. • Write clean, maintainable, testable code and participate in code reviews. • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and support deployments. • Ability to manage other developers on multiple projects or a single project. Required Technical Skills • Strong proficiency in JavaScript. • Proficiency in PHP for custom Web Applications and for WordPress backend customization. • Able to work in Frameworks such as CodeIgniter • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern front-end practices. • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and service integrations. • Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL. • Version control experience with Git or SVN • Understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices. • Experience with WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization. • Experience with SEO and performance optimization for WordPress sites. • Familiarity with headless WordPress or decoupled architecture. • Experience with e-commerce website builds, including WooCommerce or similar platforms. • Experience integrating payment gateways such as Stripe or PayPal. • Experience with shopping cart, checkout, coupon, shipping, tax, and order management logic. • Experience with e-commerce security and performance best practices. • AI - Rapid Application Development Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with app store deployment for iOS and Android. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS. • Familiarity with mobile app development, preferably React Native or similar cross-platform frameworks. • Hands-on experience with React. • Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js. • Testing frameworks for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. • Experience with app store submission workflows and release management. • SEO tooling and structured data for product pages.
