Our client, a well-established global manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to serve as the senior HR leader for a large production facility supporting approximately 400 employees and 200 contractors. This highly visible leadership role offers the opportunity to partner directly with executive and operational leadership to drive workforce strategy, talent development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation.

Position: Senior Human Resources Manager Location: Alvin, TX Compensation: Up to $200K Reports To: Senior HR Director Direct Reports: 3 HR team members Education Required: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or chemical operations Position Summary The Senior Human Resources Manager serves as a key member of the site leadership team and acts as a strategic business partner to operations leadership. This role is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives while leading workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and change management efforts.

Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership Partner with site leadership to develop and execute people strategies that support business and operational goals. Drive workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and leadership development initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, and employee engagement.

Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement. Talent Management & Organizational Development Lead performance management and talent review processes. Develop retention and workforce stabilization strategies.

Coach leaders to improve team performance, leadership effectiveness, and employee engagement. Support employee development and career growth initiatives. Build leadership pipelines and succession plans for critical roles.

Change Management & Employee Engagement Lead HR efforts related to organizational change, restructuring, and transformation initiatives. Develop communication strategies that support organizational alignment and employee understanding. Utilize employee feedback, engagement surveys, focus groups, and workforce data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Champion company culture and leadership expectations throughout the organization. Employee Relations & HR Operations Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, policies, and workplace concerns. Conduct investigations and facilitate resolution of complex employee issues.

Establish and maintain HR metrics, reporting, and operational processes that support business decision-making. Drive process improvements and enhance HR systems and practices. Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners including operations, safety, legal, finance, and supply chain leaders. Build organizational capability within the HR function through coaching and succession planning. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required.

Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience. Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, chemical, or other complex operational environments.

Demonstrated success leading workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, and change initiatives. Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change. Strong employee relations, leadership coaching, and conflict resolution experience.

Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred. Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
