Product Manager

We’re hiring a Product Manager to drive product execution across high-impact initiatives at Earnifi. This is not a coordination role. We value PMs who create momentum, not just process. We’re looking for someone who can independently drive ambiguous work forward, align stakeholders, make thoughtful product decisions, and execute with urgency and ownership. The right person will combine strong product instincts with operational rigor. They should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, building consensus, and moving projects from idea to launch. What You'll Do Own end-to-end product execution across key initiatives Drive projects forward independently and proactively remove blockers Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, leadership, and external stakeholders Gather input from stakeholders, synthesize differing viewpoints, and drive alignment toward decisions Translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements and priorities Make high-quality product decisions grounded in user empathy, data, and sound judgment Partner closely with leadership while operating with clear ownership over your product area Ensure teams stay focused, accountable, and moving with urgency Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and follow-through Identify gaps, risks, and edge cases before they become problems Maintain a high bar for product quality and user experience What We're Looking For 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer or fintech products Strong track record of shipping products and driving execution in fast-moving environments Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to build consensus without escalating every decision Strong product sense and user empathy High ownership mentality — you naturally take initiative rather than wait for direction Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure where none exists Detail-oriented with strong operational follow-through Strong prioritization and decision-making skills Able to challenge assumptions thoughtfully and advocate for users Experience working closely with engineering teams and managing tradeoffs effectively What Success Looks Like Projects move forward consistently without needing heavy oversight Stakeholders stay aligned and informed Product decisions reflect strong user understanding and sound judgment Teams execute efficiently with clear priorities and accountability Problems are identified early and addressed proactively Leadership can trust that important initiatives are being driven effectively Nice to Have Experience in fintech, consumer products, or growth-stage startups Experience working with distributed/global teams Strong analytical and data-informed decision making Familiarity with AI-enabled products and workflows Location Bangalore, India (on-site) Company Description Earnifi addresses the gap between when people earn money and when they receive it, focusing on critical moments such as rent payments, bills, and cash flow challenges.
