Product Manager | Fully Remote | Full-Time Our Mission To make housing more transparent, efficient, and affordable for American home buyers. Vihara is a proptech marketplace that helps banks, servicers, and institutional asset owners liquidate real estate assets more efficiently. We use statistical methods to improve how properties are valued, marketed, and sold. The Role This is a Product Manager role. You will operate at the intersection of: Product Design Strategy You will help define what we build, how we position it, and how we sell it. This is a high-agency operator role for someone who wants direct ownership of outcomes. What You’ll Do 1. Lead B2B Growth & GTM Architecture Manage enterprise and mid-market sales cycles end-to-end Run outbound and relationship-driven GTM motions with clients Lead discovery calls and convert business problems into technical scopes You will help architect Trao’s go-to-market engine. 2. Drive Product Vision & Execution Work directly with engineers to shape AI-native workflows Translate complex AI systems into intuitive product experiences Own product requirement clarity and scope definition Design and iterate high-fidelity product mockups in Figma Ensure UX clarity, system coherence, and pixel-level precision Shape demos, decks, proposals, and landing pages We care deeply about product taste and clarity of thought.
Work Style & Expectations Fully remote 6 days/week 9 hours a day More often than not, you will work more than 9 hours High-intensity environment Direct daily collaboration with founders Real deadlines, real accountability If you are not driven by execution, design quality, and engineering taste, this role will not be a fit. Tools You Should Be Comfortable With Figma CRM systems (we are building our own) Apollo / Instantly / Clay Analytics dashboards Bonus: Technical background in building or shipping software Experience designing AI-native workflows Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Engineering background (Computer Science or hands-on equivalent) Strong product intuition and design taste Excellend communication skills Demonstrated B2B GTM or revenue ownership experience Ability to operate independently with high ownership Bias toward action Comfort with ambiguity Who This Is For This role is for someone who: Thinks like a founder Wants to build AI-native systems from first principles Is comfortable being measured by shipped product and revenue Wants to help define how modern AI-first organizations operate If you want to build at the frontier of AI systems and enterprise software, this will be one of the most intense and rewarding roles you’ll take on.
